[MBNOG] MBNOG Looking Glass 2.0!!

MBNOG has a shiny new looking glass with new functionality!

https://lg.mbnog.ca/ is the new 2.0 Looking Glass.

This looking glass (similar to the previous one) is based on opensourced infrastructure work that NLNOG has done to operate a big looking glass. Recently OpenBSD 7.2 came out which included a read-only BGP looking glass API. This was used to build a very nice looking and functional looking glass.

Additionally, we are able to expose the backend OpenBSD looking glass: https://lg2.mbnog.ca/

We don't have everyone peered with the new looking glass yet. Sessions have been copied from the existing looking glass, once participants move their sessions over they should come up automatically.

The new looking glass also has RPKI validation enabled, so valid/unknown/invalid states are shown on both.
